I just built a Divided Octave (which sounds awesome) and I was curious if anyone has built one that can be 9V battery powered?

The reason I ask is that the kit only comes with mono jacks but also has a 9V battery snap. It also seems rather tight inside the enclosure and I'm not sure where a battery would fit other than on top of the board. That seems rather sketchy without a mounting clip and/or some insulation.

If anyone has built their divided octave that is 9V battery powered (or even if you just have ideas), I'm curious to see where/how you're stowing the battery.

Cheers!

The battery harness was included in the kit by mistake. There’s no room for a battery inside the enclosure.

ah, too bad, but thanks a lot for clearing that up! I may try to get a larger enclosure at some point since this will be my only pedal on my board that cannot be battery powered.
