Shouldn't be too hard, since the two circuits are extremely similar except for a handful of resistor and capacitors, and different types of clipping diodes. I believe the Distortion+ has a couple of added caps that aren't used in the DOD 250 preamp, so you might have to find a creative way to add them to the Li'l Gray OD board. The best guidance I can give you is to consult the
old BYOC 250+ kit instructions, which shows how to build to either 250 or Distortion+ specs, and compare it to the layout/schematic shown in the
Li'l Gray OD instructions.
