So I am looking into making both the mini phaser and chorus pedals, but I would like to know if it is possible to fit both of those pcb's, fully assembled, into a 125b enclosure. Does anybody have exact dimensions of these pcb's? Thank you!

Clarification, please: Is that the mini-chorus or the full-size one?

Sorry for that, both the mini-phaser and mini-chorus. 2 mini-pcbs.

The mini-pedal PCB's are all the same size: 3 3/8" x 1 1/4". I think the width may be a problem, since the 125B's I've measured are slightly under 2 1/2" wide internally. But if you can stagger their heights and overlap the PCB's slightly, it may work.

Okay thank you for the info! Do you know if there are any pedal enclosures that are just slightly wider that would accomodate both?

It'd be a tight squeeze but you could probably fit the pcb's against the side of the enclosure. Jacks will have to come out the top so if that is an issue then you'll have to go with a larger enclosure.
