I recently bought a Silver Pony II kit and wanted to try screen printing a design. I was wondering if there are dimensions for the exact locations of the holes so I can add a bit of offset for registration purposes.

I'm not aware of anything publicly available, but I think it should be pretty straightforward to lay it down on its face and trace everything out to measure. (Forgive me if that suggestion shows an ignorance of the technology you're planning to use.)

I was actually going to try that method next. My initial method of just taking the standard hole size from other drilling templates and measuring from the edge of the hole to the edge of the enclosure led to some misalignment on the film positive. I thought it would be a good idea to check on the forum to see if anything was available before having to trace the holes, just to avoid a bit of hassle.

While there are drilling templates available HERE for many BYOC kits (mostly the ones that use the smaller 125B enclosures), the SPII unfortunately isn't one of them.
