Build Your Own Clone Message Board

I'd love to build one of the amp kits, but the truth is I'm somewhat afraid of the tubes and voltages and what not. Also, the cost for something I might never actually complete is a bit daunting. Some kind of small amp head with a simple build in the $150 to $200 price range would be ideal. I have no idea if the economics of this work, though maybe that price point could be hit by omitting a cabinet.

What say you?

We're bringing back the Champlifier kit. It's not quite that cheap, but it's about as close to a confidence builder as we're going to get.

What is the expected price range of this amp?
