I had a similar excellent experience a while back. Something was bollixed about my order, so a woman (Haley, perhaps) called me to straighten it out! She understood what had gone wrong and how to fix it - the details are long gone, but it was a real treat to get such solid service. 10 out of 10, will buy again.
