I use my Green Pony OD as a clean boost in the effects loop of my Marshall head.

I’d like to add a 1/4” jack to my Green Pony OD and use it to add a remote “momentary on” switch for adding small guitar fills rather than the click “on and off” of the switch. I’d like the standard switch to still function.
The new jack would have to be “naturally closed” when the “momentary switch cable” is not inserted for normal function.
Any help?

What you want to do is not simple. You'd have to add a secondary bypass switch, using a non-latching DPDT relay (like the kind we use in the super8). Your remote switch would need to short to ground and complete a regulated 5v circuit to the relay's coils. You'd need to use a disconnect jack that kept the relay's circuit "on" when there wasn't a plug inserted.
