Not really an error, but hard to decipher because of the color shades used. The 1N4001 spaces are a fuchsia-pink and the 1N60 spaces to their right are a peach-pink, bordering on pale orange. Those are the ones to change to 1N4148's.
If you are also planning to do the "Crunchy Hard Clipping Mod" on that same side of the Royal Flush, then item #4 on that page
does contain an error: The instructions say to "swap out the 1N4001 diodes (D11 and D12) highlighted in
MINT with Red LEDs." The two diode spaces in question are highlighted in that fuchsia-pink color, not mint, which would be on the other side of the RF.
If it's of any help to you, below is a photo of the PCB in my personal Royal Flush, wherein I did those pg. 7 - 8 modifications, albeit on the left side of the PCB rather than the right side. The modded component locations are circled in fuchsia-pink, while those in the stock right-hand circuit are shown in green. Both sides are labeled with the relevant component values.
