i sourced some parts from mouser. today i got a call saying that one part i sourced is only available in minimum ammounts of 1000. so, i checked the website and there's isn't a 1-fer for the 2N4215 transistors (for the phaser). does anyone know of a work-alike that i can get from mouser (instead of placing a second order with small bear)? i am supposed to call her back in like half an hour, so if anyone knows, please tell me quick!

Do you mean the 2N4125 ?

The NTE equivalent is an NTE159M It's a metal can type transistor.
