Anyone know of the best place to get some high quality-low cost PCB's made?

Well, low cost is going to depend on how many you order. I got some from these guys:

ExpressPCB

You download the software that will enable you to create a schematic and PCB layout. In the PCB layout software, you can even get an estimate of the cost.

If you only want a couple, this is probably not the way to go.

well I would probably order like 20 boards at a time. How are they? I'm looking for something similar quality to the BYOC boards. I want to make some of my own version of the insanity box...has anyone heard of this design? I basically want to modify the circuit to suit my needs, I noticed on the schematic it says that it is copyrighted...does this mean I can't make my own version of this pedal and sell it???

Express PCBs are Mil-spec, high quality boards.

The schematic is copyrighted, not the actual pedal.

You ain't gonna get "low cost" if you do a production run of just 20.
