Not sure if any of you have seen this, but it seems they are carrying PCBs of common circuits:

I hope they are better quality than some of their parts. Don't get me wrong, I've given Tayda plenty of my money but there are some things they owed me money back on

I wonder who the "consultant" is that suggests what circuits they should sell.

^^^ +1 Some of the Tayda stuff is fine but not all. I just placed an order last night or I would have ordered one just to try it out.

Interesting. I do wonder who they "consulted" with on these. I guess no support, either.

Board mounted pots are key, too. If they were smart, they do a footswitch board, also, along with a paint-by-numbers on how to connect the board and footswitch.

I am guessing a lot of the support will end up being here and at Madbean's.

There are some nicely drawn diagrams in the instructions, along with the usual good advice about solder joints and working smallest to tallest. No schematics unfortunately.
The pots are all board mounted using those Tayda short pcb lug pots with the boards vertical.
I was surprised to see them selling boards, but on reflection I don't know why, they've been doing a pretty good job of stocking everything the DIY pedal crowd request on their Facebook "suggestions" page.

While nothing earth-shattering was far as projects go, it is nice to see. I wonder if one of our defected forum members may have sold the idea off. You know, a business decision.

I am sure if I thought about it hard enough, I could probably recognize the "board styling". I won't, though.

Certainly likely, I felt I recognised a lot of it too...

This is who they are from.
http://dhelectroacoustics.com/index.html

I guess this Tayda deal could help a little with his parts cost but doesn't sound like much of a money maker compared to selling them on his own site. Might even be shooting himself in the foot.

Is that who makes and designs them or just makes them?

I assume he used the Tayda DIY page to share his project and get 10% cash from sales or 15% towards parts.
