Anyone know a good source for 3mm LEDs that are regular red and yellow, not the clear that light up in the color?

You could also try radio shack, I got one of their value packs that came with a bunch of red and yellow (and green) in 3mm and 5mm for around 2 bucks. They seem to work just fine.
