Hey everyone, I have a couple colors running low, so I figured I'd see if there is any interest in a group buy on T-Diddy's amazing hookup wire. You may recall it's 24AWG 300V pre-bond wire. Sturdier than the GuitarPCB wire, and better bonding on the strands than the Small Bear wire. (Just IMHO, of course, no offense to Barry or Steve!) This wire is truly wonderful to work with. There is nothing better for pedals.

Available colors are red, black, green, and yellow. The pricing will likely stay the same from the last two buys: 25-foot sections, $10 shipped for the first 25' and $9 for each additional. I'm not looking to profit on this deal, so if the cost ends up being less than expected on my end, I'll pass the savings on.

Post a reply in this thread if you're interested. If you have some idea of how many feet you'd want, add that too. If there's enough interest, I'll set up a Google Doc spreadsheet and we'll get official. Remember, pals: twisting and tinning is for chumps.

I'm in. Although my needs could probably qualify for a group by all by itself.

I could use 100 feet of all four colors at least.

I'm sure I could go for some red and black. If possible to get any other additional colors in the mix besides just the four, I'd be in for even more.

red, black, yellow, green are standard stocked colors. I believe I can get orange and white as well, but they are special order, and will take longer to come in, not sure if there is an upcharge, but I can check.

If you get into the special order colors, I am in for 50' of each. I'm still good on the normal colors, I over bought when I did a group buy last year.

Bummer I just bought 100' at ratshack (I have an odd affinity for their 22g solid wire, though).

If you can get orange and white, I think I'm in for 25 of red, black, Orange and white

The spools are 500', so I think it's unlikely we'd see enough interest in the other colors. Open to the idea though!

Bumping this. Not quite enough interest yet for me to take on the ordering and sorting, but we're getting closer. No worries if it doesn't work out right now.

I'm in Denver this week and don't have time to look closely enough to decide. I'll make the call next week.

I have never treated myself with pre-bonded wire so i m curious to try it IF it's possible to send it across the ocean for a reasonable price.
Do you have any idea how much it would cost for sending 50' to belgium ?

Thanks

Sorry to go silent on this for so long. I was traveling and then recovering from traveling.

Right now, we don't have enough demand to make this work. I'd have to keep half a spool (or more) of each color, which I honestly wish I could afford to do, but I can't right now. I'll check back in in a few months and see where we're at. Thanks all!

Put me on the list of interested folks. Once you're ready to go, I'll go in for 25' of red black and green each.
