Pedal Parts Plus is a good one.

Mammoth Electronics. They will also do custom printing for quantities > 10.

The also have enclosures pre-drilled for many of the BYOC effects.

Oh Mammoth does pink.

Yes, indeed they do.

I only use Mammoth and I use a ton of enclosures.

Riffraff,
IMHO, next time you are better off with Pedal Parts Plus's enclosures and painting. I have bought many from them and never had any problems at all.

Others may use and love MadMeth, but here's a pic of the only "enclosure" I have ever bought from them or ever will.
The middle pic on the right shows the top AFTER I had sanded it quite a bit. Those "stripes" never came out. One screw hole wasn't even threaded, another was threaded but still wouldn't take the screw, and the lid was bent. It was a totally worthless piece of junk.

Mammoth hasn't used those 4site enclosures
for at least a couple years now.
And when they did I never have received
anything that bad, or even close.
Just saying

I think it's a bit unfair to write off any business based on a single experience.

Most small businesses in this country are peopled by hard working honest folk who are very interested in satisfying their customers. I have purchased hundreds of custom enclosures over the years from Mammoth and they have never failed me. Even when I placed less than realistic demands on them.

I'm not saying you shouldn't have been upset by that one disappointing experience.
It sucks to pay for something and not get what you expect.
But speaking as a small business owner myself, I would want the opportunity to make it right.

Just my two cents on the subject.

Wow, that sounds kinda like I'm indirectly being called a liar.

Just saying.

I don't see anything unfair about honestly relating my own personal experience. Guess my less than glowing review about a bad product hit a nerve of some kind.
As for the lecture about the difficulties in owning a small business, thanks dad but I have owned a very successful one for almost 30 years now.
I was just trying to keep someone from experiencing what I did.
I'll let you guys have the last word here. I'm done.

Sorry I said anything.

Wow.

Guess I hit a nerve.

1) I was expressing an opinion in response to your statement.
Remember those? It means you don't have to agree with me and I won't care if you don't.
That's why it's called a discussion group.

2) Mammoth are not my "buddies". They provide what I need and I am glad to do business with them.

3) I'm not your dad.

Your have completely missed my whole point.

What I was describing as "unfair" was your not taking it up with them directly and giving them a chance to correct the issue.

You'd rather be mad about it. Okay, I get it.

I'm sorry I said anything.

OK, let's cool off, gents. We can have opposing viewpoints & experiences posted here without taking it personally.

No, not at all. I'm not saying
that you are a liar nor belittling
your experience.
I'm just chiming in to say that
I have used hundreds of Mammoth
unpainted and unpainted boxes and
have never had more than a screw hole
that needed to be chased with a tap. Mainly
because the powder caused the hole to grab
the screw a bit too much.

Wow...

I have used Mammoth for years and like all small businesses ( including myself ) they make mistakes. We all makes mistakes. Why I continue to use them is that they work hard to make it right and then they implement procedures to help prevent the mistake from happening again.

Didn't mean to start a firestorm, just offering up enclosure purchase options. I also like the fact that for many of the BYOC effects they have pre-drilled enclosure. I don't believe anyone else does that that I am aware of.
