So, I'm guessing it's been about 2 years since I ordered parts. Has anyone stepped up to be the go to place for most things? Same old players I need to peruse? Anyone have any favorites one way or the other these days?

I still feel like in terms of selection, search-ability, and service, Mouser is the king of the parts game.

I get anything I can from Lawrence at (B)LMS. He has excellent service and great prices, and every order ships Priority mail for the small flat rate price, regardless of how much you order. Bonus points for staying with the times and adjusting the name.

Small Bear is my place to go for anything LMS doesn't have. Love supporting a small business that serves our community.

If I need a powder coated enclosure (other than the white and black LMS has), I guess it's Pedal Parts Plus now. I will no longer order anything from Mammoth.

Of course, I would gladly order parts from BYOC if/when I ordered a kit. Hard to justify paying for cross country shipping when SBE is in my home state.

I’ll be honest, I build to amuse myself, so I buy from Tayda mostly. I use BLMS from time to time. If I was building to sell, or playing on a stage somewhere, I’d use mouser.

Hi,

Try arrow.com. Their search is not as good as mouser, but free next day shipping. The free next day shipping requires 50 minimum sometimes. But I've been ordering from them alot recently.

Thanks

Thanks fellers.

I was wondering about Mammoth. I wanted to stay away from them if they didn't have their act together, which as I recall they were always going to do, almost there, yada yada etc... but just couldn't do it consistently.

The ole' Mouser site. Damn, I hate navigating the site but I know it is the best.

Yeah, I'm changing my Mammoth vote. They went to hell when they bought 4-site. They kind of got their act together, but then it seems they got in too far over their head. They need more staff, especially in the enclosure department. I'm on week 3 of waiting on a custom enclosure order. They have always pulled through on me, but I hear others were not as fortunate. I'll be going back to PPP for my next order to see how they're doing.
