You can get the two single-gang pots at Tayda (
B10K,
A100K, but they don't appear to carry the dual-gang A250K.
I would purchase those two to insure good, solid PCB support (yes, the pots do support the PCB in these layouts), but then just repair the A250K by soldering on component lead clippings and bending them into the required shape/spacing. I often do this when building pedals from purchased PCBs where I source all the rest of the components and hardware myself. I've accumulated a mixture of PCB-mount and solder-lug pots over the years, and inevitably I'll find that I don't have one of the required type & size in the PCB-mount style but do have one with solder lugs. So I solder leads onto the lugs and go ahead with the build--haven't had a problem yet with that substitution....
