hi just need to check that these are actually the right components for a zvex sho build following this schematic (https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-MgkMG0knqcQ/ ... 762360.png).

Im ordering from musikding.de.

Looks good to me. 250v might be a bit large though. Do they have a 50v?

I agree, looks good. Do yourself a favor though and grab an extra BS170 or two. They are static sensitive.

If you have trouble finding BS170 MOSFETs, the 2N7000 is a direct substitute with the exception that it has the opposite pinout, so you have to install them backwards from how the BS170 goes in.

I cant find a similar cap with a lower voltage than that

I cant find a similar cap with a lower voltage than that
You should be able to use a normal 100n and extend the legs. Neither really have to be axial.

so it should be fine to use a greenie 0,1uf its polyyester cap

Yes, the 100n isn’t polarized.
