I would use single in-line (SIL) sockets, like the ones BYOC sells at this link:
https://buildyourownclone.com/collectio ... ocketsil64Unfortunately they are out of stock, but you can get SIL sockets from lots of places, including all the big national online retailers. They're nice because you can snap off just the amount you need, including just one.
Installation tip: get some poster putty (aka Fun-Tak, Blue Tack, etc.). Put the socket in place, cover it with the putty to hold it there, and then flip the board to solder. Works great with IC sockets as well. And you'll find a hundred other uses for it once it's on your bench.
