Hello, I built my Mimosa kit today and it seems to be working in some ways, but not so well in others. It passes signal just fine, turns on just fine, but when I turn it on, the overall output drops by >20db. Also, the knobs both seem to be acting as volume controls, rather than the one that should be used to blend the signals. Any ideas on why this might be? Thanks!

Follow these guidelines, please. The photos are particularly important--they need to be LARGE, well-lit and well-focused shots of BOTH sides of the PCB and all of the jack & switch wiring.

Fix the back of your PCB first please.

+1 on the solder quality issues. You should also trim down the ends of the component leads and wire ends to the tops of their respective solder joints.

You may find this post helpful in cleaning up your soldering issues: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=52188
