I believe that I have a solder bridge between Q1 and Q2 it looks like they are connected in the schematic, will this cause an issue? The pins are so close together for some reason I cannot seem to get rid of all of the solder.

Take a look at the schematic on page 30 of the build guide. In the upper right corner you can see that the Collectors of Q1 & Q2 are connected directly to each other. Your solder bridge is not an issue.

It’s a good idea to have a magnifying glass handy when you assemble a PCB. This will allow you to inspect solder pads that are located right next to each other to see if they are connected by a trace on the PCB.
