Hello,

I decided to give up on my big muff for the time being and do the lil comp.

I have it all together, it all seems to work as expected. However, when it is in bypass, the led is slightly illuminated. If I hold my hand around it i can see its lit. When you switch the pedal on, it goes full brightness. I'm not using a dcjack in this instance.

Everything else seems to function as expected.

The cathode side (round eyelet) of the LED must be connecting to ground somehow, either through a fault in the footswitch or some short to ground. The fact that it is dim suggest maybe the solder flux residue is conductive. Maybe try cleaning the PCB and footswitch with isopropyl alcohol. If that fixes the problem, throw out that solder and clean up any other projects you used it on.

Seems like that was the issue. I blasted it with flux wash and the light isn't coming on anymore. Thanks!
