Quick question for you who are more knowledgeable than I: I just finished putting together my Ping Pong delay and I noticed that I am missing one of the square, yellow 0.01uf film caps. I might have dropped it behind the desk (or my 2-year old might have discovered it and is now in his lego pile!). Now I have some green film 0.01uf caps in my stock (they look identical to the four .0022uf green film caps used in the Ping Pong build). So my question is can I put one of my green film 0.01uf caps in place of where the square, yellow 0.01uf cap was supposed to go? Will it still sound alright? (I understand diodes and resistors and LEDs, but I'm still trying to wrap my head around all the different types of caps and their uses: ceramic, film, poly, tant, ball, etc.!!).

Go for it! A 0.01uf cap is 0.01uf cap is 0.01uf cap. You won't notice any difference, no one will. Besides, traces of mojonium can be found in the greenies, which is absent in the yellows.
