Fair wairing, it takes forever to wire up and a lot of patience. Although one 3PDT and one 4PDT would be ideal, in lieu of a stomp worthy 4PDT it can be done with two 3PDT switches with independent Speed and Depth controls for each channel. I often set one channel as my chorus and the other as my Leslie simulator.

I just realized that it's been almost two months since I mentioned this and I apologize for the delay. Between work and filling orders, things have been hectic.

Ultimately I'm waiting on the 4PDT stomp switch that Cliff switch is making. They were supposed to be ready in May, but QA problems set it back until the middle of July. The 4PDT is not a neccesity, but does make things a little easier. I was going to wait and post the layout with the 4PDT but if anyone absolutely needs it right now, I can draw one up with the 3PDT.

Hehehehe, skiraly, this is the kind of chorus mod that I was looking for!

Whenever you can update, please do.

Yes it does. Cliff switch stilldoes not have the 4PDT switch ready for production. It can be done with a 3PDT. I'm in the middle of a build for a customer order. I'll see if I can't get the layout done in the next week or so.
