Greetings, so I finished the build. The pedal powers on. The LEDs light up, modulation depth/rate seems to work, at least insofar at the LED indicates. Tap tempo and delay rate works as indicated by the LED. I can pass dry audio with the pedal on and off. However turning up the blend knob yields no wet signal. At 100% wet the dry signal is all but gone, but still no delay signal.

So I have taken a re-look at everything. There is so much to check...I did notice one chip not completely seated. Also, I noticed that the trim pot may have been set at "zero" . would this create a no echo situation?

Post pics soon. Is there anyway to test the audio of this pedal without putting it all back together?

You can run the Echo Royal out of the enclosure, since it doesn't ground through it like some of the BYOC circuits do. Just make sure that the jack solder tabs aren't contacting any of the metal surfaces, especially those on the PCB. You will need to reconnect the DC jack, if you disconnected it to remove the PCB from the enclosure.

Here are the pics of the board. If I screwed up on a component, it is gonna be real hard to figure...this board is tight. I leave it to your experienced eyes. The only thing that leaps out at me is the two holes lacking solder associated with the trim pot...

I haven't built this pedal, but at first glance, the MCP4251 appears to be backwards according to the silk screen.
