Well, this is a really difficult build and that's great that your pedal is mostly working. That cuts out a lot of troubleshooting. For now, all we want to do is to focus on getting signal in the dry output. That is the shortest signal path to troubleshoot.
The dry output signal path consists of the following components: C1, R1, Q1, Q2, R5, and C3. Inspect each of these components for value and orientation very carefully.
Follow the instructions in the following post and reflow the components listed above. I actually don't recommend reflowing the entire board at this time as you are getting wet signal out already:
