Build Your Own Clone Message Board

I searched but could not seem to find what I needed. Does anyone have a list of what the voltages should be for each pin of the PT2399, specifically pin 2? On one build I get .08v and on another I get 2v plus. Both units seems to work fine but that seems to be quite a variance. Thanks for the input.

I only have one to measure at the moment. Voltage at the ac adaptor = 8.84vdc. Output of the regulator = 5.06vdc:

1 - 5.06
2 - 2.54
3 & 4 - 0
5 - 2.86
6 - 2.53
7 - 0.58
8 - 0.59
9-16 = 2.54
