Hey there.
Are you supposed to leave out the 180k resistor above one of the chips for the base kit.
And, how necessary is closeness of the value on the 120k resistor? Could it be close enough and still work?

Both are part of the LFO. Your chorus will not work without the 180k, and the 120k will influence how the LFO works. I'd stick to the original value if I were you.

i noticed the discrepancy between what the kit requires/contains and what the instructions mention earlier this week.

Yeah, on the parts list it doesn't list the 180k.
I bought the parts separate and didn't get those two resistors.
I guess it's off to Axman surplus.

Nope, the one off 65 in Fridley.
Although I do practice by the one in St. Paul.
