So here are all the pics i did resolder twice so maybe i damaged a component or i put it in backwards?
also i thought it might be the trim pot so i replaced it with one i picked up from an electronics store... still 10k
And the black marks on the bottom are from when i started to mark which solders i had re done

and again i checked every soler with a digital multi meter and everything check out good

The PCB does look somewhat better; however, you still have a few blobby joints and there is a LOT of splatter - so much so that I believe you probably have several shorts. Take a wooden chopstick or match and rub those splatters off, carefully, especially the ones that cross traces. Also, you need to clip a couple of those leads that are sticking out. Try that and report back symptoms.

I would try replacing c4. I'm away from my machine so I can't check if that cap is polar - it is you could have it in backwards - check that before replacing.

*EDIT - c4 is polar
