Have a good read here:
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6401take a look at stephen's soldering and compare to yours... I see a lot of joints that look cold, need more or less solder, and need to have the long leads clipped closer. I'd start by reflowing your board - that's using a hot, clean, shiny iron tip and reheating each joint (both component lag and pad), adding a bit of solder where necessary. Give that a try... if improving the quality of those joints doesn't do the trick, then it's time to get out your magnifying glass and check the color bands or number codes on each part to make sure they're in the right spots.
