Doesn't matter. The A and B eyelets are connected on either side. The reason that there are two sets of eyelets for those front legs is that trimpots come in a couple of different geometries, so the PCB has the two different spacings to accommodate the particular trimpot you get in your kit. See marked up image of the back side of the Sprocket PCB where you can see the traces connecting the eyelets on each side. So just use the eyelets that fit your trimpot the best.
