Hi, thanks in advance for any help I may receive! I have built 3 of these Phasers and all 3 have the same symptoms - a decrease in output level when the effect is engaged. I am using 2N4124 transistors in place of the 2N4125???? I am also using a 500k A pot for the rate and a 510k resistor in the depth holes on the board (this is the new style board). any troubleshooting help would be welcomed, I have read every post I could find on here about the Phaser and did not run across this except one where a guy just touched up some solder joints and fixed his prob. I do get the phasing effect when the effect is engaged.

You cannot use a 2N4124 in place of a 2N4125. The 4124 is an NPN type transistor. The 4125 is a PNP type.

Thank You Stephen!
I kinda figured that transistor was the problem. I will go read on the difference between NPN and PNP, I just looked at the voltages from the data sheet and decided to try them since they were cheap and available.
