This is my first byoc build and I have enjoyed it, but am not able to get the pedal to work. Here are pics of the top and bottom of the board. I get signal in bypass and the LED works but doesn't pulse. When I switch the effect on, I get a boosted signal but no effect. I have checked connectivity on all wires and pots, values of the caps and resistors, and alignment of the transistors. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

I don't see any component mistakes, but your solder flow looks questionable. I would suggest this as the first thing to try: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=52188

Ok, I reflowed all the solder joints on the PCB...no luck. Can you direct me to the next step of troubleshooting steps?
Thanks,
