Phase Royal Build help

Completed (so I thought) my Phase Royal build. When I attempted to adjust trim pot, discovered effect not working. Guitar plays SAT through Bypass, LED lights up when selecting effect, but no sound when effect engaged. Picture of build attached. Any assistance would be much appreciated!!

What I can see looks good--very neat build. But we really need to see the solder side of the PCB, as well.

I forgot to ad the op-amp on the solder side of the board, plus I missed a few solder joints. Working great now!
