Ok! LED works, bypass works, power is on, and ...no phase. We put the 3M3 resistor in the proper place and everything looks right. Just no phase at all, it is not doing anything. Like no pedal at all. Signal is clean and clear, but it's not phasing.. also pics wont post even though I zipped em to 1.7 MB. Whats up?

Did you dial in the trimpot?

Need to see photos--front & back of PCB, and all the wiring. Use the file attachment feature below the post editing box. Individual photos must be under 1MB in size.

Also, this often solves problems like yours: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=52188

I don't see any obvious problems. Would definitely try re-flowing all the solder joints next. If it still isn't passing phased signal then, we can get into voltage measurements, assuming that you have access to a multimeter and know how to use one.

Footswitch looks a little solder-starved, though admittedly I don't see how that would be the cause of your symptoms...

Move the trim pot super slowly, it’s easy to miss.

Thanks guys! I'll definitely look at the soldering joints and see what we can see. Also I'll turn the trim pot slower and see if we can get any phasing. This is my first one and Ishouldve chosen a simpler build. This one is super tiny and really complex. Maybe a fuzz next time? If I can't figure this out, will BYOC give me a break and let me return it? Maybe they can see what's wrong? Thanks again to all the awesome members of this community. 8)

Ok! reflowed all the solder connections and its still not phasing. Everything looks right and the LED comes on and the bypass is on, but no effect at all. Yes I rotated the pot so I'm at a loss here guys. Whats my next step? Not giving up yet, but uhh..

Try getting some DC voltage measurements on pins 4 and 8 of each of the IC's. With the notch in the IC facing upward, pin 4 is the lower left one and pin 8 is the upper right.
