Hey all, this was my first pedal build and I am please to say that the effect works! Though, oddly enough, when the effect is switched off sometimes there is no signal. Sometimes there is just nothing, and sometimes the signal fades back in. I feel like the issue is the switch but I don't know where to begin with diagnosis. Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a poor connection in the bypass path due to a short or bad solder joint. You can reflow the solder along this path (outlined below), and also make sure everything is tidy. (For example, it looks like a wire strand or hair is poking out from lug 8 toward the 4-9 jumper on the footswitch.) You can also use a multimeter to check continuity between each of these points, although it may be hard to pinpoint it that way since the problem is intermittent.

Bypass signal path (spots to reflow solder):

Input jack tip >
Lug 4 of switch >
(jumper)
Lug 9 of switch >
Lug 8 of switch (via internal switch continuity when bypassed) >
Output jack tip
