I THINK I finally wrapped my brain around the numbering scheme but would like to double check before I solder 90+ 1/8w resistors to the PCB.
If one of you gentlemen could take a look at my 'answers to the test' and confirm or correct any errors, I greatly appreciate it.

Ah, but it's exactly the same. The first two digits set the value, and the third digit is the multiplier (number of zeroes).

Except that that are three different types of measurements, orders of magnitude separated from each other. And oh, sometimes suppliers or circuit designers will write out the values without the multiplier for some reason. You probably shouldn't expect any consistency about whether they're described in nF, pF, or uF, either. And apparently there are occasionally letters that mean something?

So like I said, it's exactly the same.
