The volume for the Treble is way lower than the volume for the Full and the Mid.
The Full and Mid vol level is flat at about 12 o'clock and the treble is flat at about 3 o'clock or later.

Check your soldering of the three caps on the left side of the PCB, particularly C1. Double-check the three joints on the toggle switch, as well:
