OK, finally diagnosed the faulty On/Off/On switch... Now that everything is 100% I LOVE the pedal with that switch in the middle. I've built 3-4 different similar pedals from other pcb guys and this one works just fine, but that Switch? Middle is groovy, yet the L and R positions are too dark to be usable. Has anyone changed out the caps? Suggestions?? Thank you guys!

Haven't tried it, but based upon your comments that both of the outside toggle switch positions are too dark for your liking, I'd suggest changing the 33n to a 4.7n and the 100n to a 15n. This will change the effective capacitance of those two outside positions from ~38n and ~105n to ~10n and ~20n. Or you could also socket those two switchable cap positions on the PCB and "audition" a number of different values to find the ones that sound best to you.

BTW, that enclosure looks great! You should definitely post that pic in the Show Off Your Completed Build subforum!

Thanks Voodoo Man! I will try those as my first subs... I just ordered a cap sub box from the Zoids of the Ama. Headed out of town for a few days but will build that up when I return. Thanks for the kind compliment on the encl. NOW, if I could stop building DOAs (mostly complex stuff and prob where I mis-stepped somewhere....

I pulled the range caps and I am VERY happy with this pedal. Note: The testing was done with a very vintage Tele/single coils so if using dual coils, your results may vary.

Nice! Though I'm wondering why you substituted 4.7n caps in both of those positions, since that would make both outside "on" throws of the toggle switch have the same tonal effect.
