While attempting to desolder my 7660S chip to replace it, I applied a bit too much heat and damaged one eyelet that the 7660S plugs into. The eyelet was removed in the solder-sucking process. I am wondering if I did some damage to the circuit. The eyelet that was damaged is shown in the attached image with a red arrow pointing to it. My uneducated eyes tell me that eyelet is not connected to anywhere else on the board via a trace, plus I put the new chip in and the pedal sounds great, not noticeably off at all, but I don't know what I don't know. Thanks for any input!

Should be all good. That top eyelet is superfluous as you suspected.
