it seems to be functioning correctly, but the overall output when the level pot is cranked is only about half the level of the bypassed signal.
switch and LED are working ok, trimpot works ok, 3-way germanium switch seems to be boosting the correct frequencies.....it's just that the overall output is much too low.
the resistors, caps, diodes and transistors are all in the right places in the correct orientation. i've resoldered all board, jack, switch and pot connections. i'm thinking one of the components may be toast. my DMM only goes up to 2meg ohms, so i can't check the 2.2 and 10meg resistors.
any ideas as to where to look for a problem?
