Hi -

I recently built the wah drop in kit and although everything seems to be operational, it really doesn't sound good (to the point, I put the original crybaby innards back in)

Here is what I have done to troubleshoot:

1. Tried to preset the Q/Gain/Mid/Bass per viewtopic.php?f=33&t=11207. For the most part I came pretty close (+/-1 at the most). I marked the settings on the circuit board.
2. Tried making sure the taper pot was set correctly so I could get enough treble
3. Mucked around with the trimpots to see if I could make happy tones. Nope...
4. Checked to make sure range cap was the stock .01uf cap (103K) and that I didn't stick the .022uf cap in place.
5. Took pictures of the board (removed from the wah).
6. Posted pictures here.

Any ideas? I've built a few BYOC kits and have been very happy with all until this (which is telling me that I'm doing something wrong. I'm just not sure what).

Thanks in advance!

Can you post sharper focused photos? They really need to be crystal clear to be of any use.
