Hey,

I just came across a demo of the Xotic Wah pedal. What I really like about this wah pedal is that its bass range seems to be quite reasonable in that it can dial in some decent tones without being ridiculously over the top or useless. Here's a link to that pedal:

Situation: I added adjustable gain, mids, and bass pots to my wah pedal. In hindsight, it was rather stupid because you really don't need that much range in terms of each potentiometer's resistance. Much of the resistance range that you get by replacing the trimpot with an actual potentiometer is quite unusable.

Question: Has anyone attempted to tapper this range by placing resistors on the lugs of the pots? If so, what value of resistors did you use for the gain, bass, and mids, and what was the outcome like?
