Thought I was pretty meticulous in my build but the Effects side does do some octave sounds, but underwhelming. If i click on Bass Only, all I get is a muffled sound like the tone on the guitar was rolled completely off. Looking for help, thank you!

Take a look at your soldering of pin 4 of what I believe is IC2. It looks to me like there is a ball of solder on the end of the pin with none or very little on the solder pad. Pin 6 looks similar to pin 4. Pins 7&8 of IC1 also look suspect. I would suggest going over every solder joint with a magnifying glass to see if there are any other suspect solder joints like these.

You also seem to have a lot of solder spatter all over the PCB. These small pieces of solder can cause a short so you need to clean it all off of the PCB.

Can you take voltage readings of pin 8, 3, and 5 of all the 4558 chips, please?
