Continuity from jacks to to switch and board tests good
Input voltage tests good
1st transistor 4.3v
all trimpots set to stock values (q=33K, gain=68K, mid=1.5K, bass=390)
Not sure of value for output buffer trimpot but I have it set at at 50K
10uF output cap read 4.6v
Op Amp
1=0v
2=4.2v
3=4.6v
4=0.15v
5=0.15v
6=4.5v
7=9.2v
8=0

I did find an issue with the 1K resister on the bottom. Part of the coating had melted off and was touching the lead to the 2.2M resistor. I fixed that, but still silence on the wah channel.

any help?

This process is often helpful for problems such as you're describing:

The connections to the wah pot look particularly questionable. And what's the situation with the two green wires, which appear to be spliced to the black wire coming off eyelet #1 of the PCB?

Would also be helpful to see a photo of the footswitch wiring.

Found it. The .22uF cap to the 470K resistor....the pcb trace must have been overheated and shorted.

My God, this is a huge upgrade over the basic CryBaby GCB95
