Build Your Own Clone Message Board

I'm going through the parts list for the Divided Octave kit I bought back in March. Everything is accounted for but I wanted to confirm these before I solder anything. Last ones to check off are (5) 22k/223 and (2) 51.1k/513. The top 3 in the photo look right for 22k but the next 2 don't seem to quite match. The bottom two should be 51.1k. Do I have the right parts?

Glad to hear this! I have built hundreds of pedals and still test every resistor with a meter before installing, especially 1/8w resistors! I don't trust my eyes or brain to get the color bands right.

@sjaustin did you ever figure out if the (2) 51.1k/513 resistors were correct or not? I also am left with those two that don't match, and the parts list say it should be green/brown/brown/red/brown

Yes, those are 51K resistors in your photo. The parts list apparently has a misprint--should be green/brown/BLACK/red/brown. You can read about the color band coding here: http://byocelectronics.com/resistorcodes.pdf
