Here's a verified vero for the Buff 'n' Blend from the Beavis site.
I've uped the input cap value and used a 2N5457 instead of MPF102, as it seemed a bit quieter.
I'm building a bass fuzz and wanted to be able to blend some clean in, but obviously you could put anything in the loop.
One small issue I'm having is with switch pop. Have tried a 1M pull down at the front, back and off C2, but to no avail. It does it without anything in the loop too...
Any of you bright young things got any ideas?

Thanks for that great layout, it can be used in so many nice ways 8)

Would I be able to use it, to blend for example, a delay into a reverb?

Yeah, sure, I don't see why not.
It simply pans from signal A to signal B.

I've used this with sucess before (SRV TS Special), no issues with popping. I have it made up on a little board that I use with others to try it out on various circuits - just tried it with a booster on the breadboard. It pops on first usage and once the cap is discharged is pop free on subsequent uses. I don't have any pulldowns on it, I have the feeling I put one on the input of it on the TS, but that was a while back.

Mine has the 100k trim for balancing, although to be honest it doesn't seem to do much? I'd check your pinouts on your IC, its one of those builds that will work backwards I think, but give issues. Good luck!
