Here's a verified and squished layout of Tonmann's MKC1. Board just BARELY fits in a 1590A for the masochists out there.

Here it is mid-wiring, getting ready for the breadboard:

It's not the prettiest, but it gets the job done. A couple notes:

There is one shared hole  under IC1 at LG.
Be careful with placement of the 1uF's in the bottom right corner, it's a bit tight.

What is the un-identified resistor/diode under R24?

Yep. VERY tight:
Image

Here's a couple tips:

Insulate the edges of the copper traces with tape, etc. to keep them from grounding out on the enclosure.
Don't use one of Barry's 3pdt boards. Only idiots and masochists do that with this circuit and enclosure.
Drill through the cuts above C14 and below C18 to act as a pass through for the wires coming from the other side of the board. You can't really see it in the above pic, but it really helps. I should have done that with the other wiring that ran over the board...
Send a small donation Barry's way.

Quick suggestion: I just dropped an OPA2134 in the IC2 position, and it is SWEET. None of the nasty TL072 clipping, all of the Kloney goodness. I tried a few others (the usual suspects: JRC4558, JRC4580, etc.), but this was my fav.
