It's actually "airwire".

It's a connection between two (or more) parts that has not yet been physically connected with copper.

I take it R4 and 5 are in ohm's and not kohm's.

I haven't run up on a scheme that just doesn't say. Maybe that is standard for under 100r?

I'z just bagging up parts and thought I'd ask.

Yep. If you don't see any multiplier, you can assume it is in ohms.

But I should have been consistent in my notations. My bad.
