bored.....

had some extra wood laying around.....perusing the interweb and saw Weber's 120$ amp building jig...

figured I could do just as well for scrap wood money....

i tried to make one about 8 yrs ago. sort of slid on a base slot. then tightened with wing nuts.

worked fine for 2 yrs. was working on a peavey valve king on the floor. didn't tighten wing nuts. and it fell in my lap. Lit up. Sort of like having a cobra on your lap. Didn't get shocked. scared the hell out of me. and never found out was wrong..
