Is there a secret to getting these on the screws? These are the ones that have the solder terminals.

I don't think there's a trick. Are they too small?

They are about the same size as the screw in the transformer and I cannot seem to get them on. I was going to try bending out the teeth a bit to see if that helps.

Sorry about that. I wasn't aware the manufacturer was using different colors. What are the colors?

You should be able to use the the diagram in the link above and the continuity test on a multimeter to determine which colors correlate to the white, black, and green.

Ok I got the power cord, but my last question is for the lamp, mine only has two terminals, no outside or inside terminals. What is the best way to wire the wires as both won't fit into the lugs, just solder the others the the outside as best I can?

Have you tried twisting the two wires together before sticking them in the hole?

I have tried that but the transformer wires are presoldered and pretty thick and the lamp lugs are pretty small.

Sorry. You can flat solder the wires to the terminal. It's not as easy as having a hole to hold the wires in place, but still just as electrically sound. That method will definitely be easier if you twist the lamp and heater wires together first.

I got it and put some flux so make a stronger joint. I just fired it up and it works, man it gets loud with 15W and a 12 inch speaker!
